Intermittent Fasting
I eat 10 am-4 pm. The rest of the time is fasting.
Liquids only in the fasting period!
Sunlight
Sunlight is HEALING! Get some sunshine.
It has helped my mental health, blood circulation, sleep, and recovery.
It is the EASIEST and cheapest way to get Infrared Light in your body!
Red Light Therapy
My favorite red light therapy source is in the links!
Consistency is KEY!
Start off SMALL. Building habits is important, but you cant do it when you're overwhelmed. Make your bed every day, or make sure to take your supplements consistently. Baby steps!
Adequate Rest
They call me a grandma, but sleep is so important! Rest is important and keeping a regular sleep schedule is just as important!
Hydration
Hydration is not just consuming water or liquids! You MUST include electrolytes. Not only does it support your overall health, but all parts of electrolytes hold a function.
LMNT is my favorite electrolyte, but there are many out there!
Walking
I walk every morning and every evening. It is a small and simple habit to build that over time will benefit you!
Cardio Miracle
I take this daily, and I have noticed a significant improvement in my endurance, energy levels, and more importantly my overall heart function throughout the day.
Detox Baths
Epsom salt! It works wonders!
My favorite bath recipe right now consists of:
-1.5 Cup of Epsom Salt (Dr. Teal's is my favorite)
- 1/4 Cup Baking Soda (Bobs Red Mill)
-1/2 Cup Distilled White Vinegar
Ivermectin
You have seen the news but look at the research. It's helped me, maybe it can help you.
Anti-Histamine Diet
Inflammation is my biggest enemy! You have to get rid of it. Certain foods cause a histamine response. Find out what works for your body. Reducing inflammation can be a big impact on overall health.
Interval Training (My Cardiac Friends!!!)
I started interval training with a trainer in early 2023. Long periods of stress on your body and heart can make you feel like crap. I have noticed an increase in energy and benefit from RESTING after exertion!
Get that heart rate up! Then REST! Think HIIT workouts. But wait for your heart rate to get back to baseline.
Other workouts typically drain me and I cannot remain consistent. HIIT has been effective and beneficial for me!
